With the credit crunch having an impact on the price of used Porsches Porscheshire took advantage and updated it's fleet of cars.

#1 gets back into a 911 after a 2 year stint in a 968.  It's a 3.6 (facelift) version of the first water-cooled 911.  6-speed manual in Lapis Blue on 18" Carerra alloys with black leather interior.  Has sports seats (heated), PSM, litronic headlights (with washers) and Bose sound system.  Photographed outside the lunch stop on day 1 of the 2009 Le Mans trip.

#2 The 993 C2S

#2 upholds the air-cooled tradition and moves up from his 3.2 Carerra to a 993 C2S.

It's a 6-speed manual in Ocean Blue on 18" Turbo alloys with grey leather interior.  Has sports seats (not-heated), air-con (that works!) and a sun-roof.

Photographed outside the Hunaudiares bar on the Mulsanne straight on the 2009 trip to Le Mans.

#3 The 996 turbo

Arctic silver 6-speed manual with metropole leather interior.  Has sun roof and all the usual toys you would expect on a turbo. [Actually it seems to have very few toys other than BOSE, electric memory seats and 400+ bhp.]

Photographed on Black Rock sands in North Wales.

#4 The Boxster

987bxr4.jpg

The latest addition to the club stable.  987 3.2 S 05-registration. Basalt Black metallic with full Black leather.  A huge list of cost options includes PCM extended Satellite Navigation and telephone module, 19" Carrera S alloys (expensive tyres, ouch) with colour crested wheel centres, Sport Chrono Package with Sport button for improved throttle response (eh?), BOSE upgraded sound processor and wind deflector (for the sound? eh?), bi-xenon headlights with headlamp wash, 6CD stacking system, rear park assist, PSM (Porsche Stability Management), multi function steering wheel (makes coffee), on-board computer, cruise control, painted roll over hoop in silver and the usual ABS, power steering, driver/passenger/side airbags, power windows and power roof.

#5 The C4S

996 C4S

Originally owned by #11 and #12 (and, would you believe, the Gladiator 'Hunter'.  In midnight Blue, it has a spec list too long to mention.  If it was available as an option, then it is on this car.  It is also rumoured to have a champagne cooler built-in somewhere, which was not an official Porsche option, but as yet the secret compartment has not been found.

Photographed in a hurry.

#6 The 996 turbo tiptronic

TIPTRONIC, Only 10,000 miles, late 01 model, 18" Turbo Alloys, 3 Spoke Sports Steering Wheel, Electric Memory Seats, Electric sunroof, Rain Sensor wipers, Porsche stability control, Auto Dimming Mirror, Stainless Steel Entry Guards. Italian tan interior (beautiful against the dark blue body aparently), Bi Xenon Lights, Bose system.

Photographed at the Balanced Valet premises.

#11 The GT3

no11carpic.JPG

Clubsport spec.  Has PCM phone, full leather (although not on the seats as that would not be cricket - this is a racing car after all), carbonfibre bucket seats (that's more like it), 2 x 5-point harnesses, headlamp wash wipe (for those dirty race tracks) and speaker upgrade (so he can pretend to be The Stig). Best time at Brands Indy = 51.5secs.  Could go faster but will have to wait for the driver's broken foot to mend.

Photographed at a secret location somewhere south of Cheshire and north of Dover.

Rumoured to be for sale at the right price (upwards of £60k).

Details of our previous cars will feature here at a later date
